Hannah Goodheart Cover Revealed

The long anticipated cover was unveiled during a Facebook Live event from Hurst Conference Center, Hurst, TX. The cover, created by Michelle Fairbanks of British Columbia based Fresh Design captures a moment from the book in which Hannah Goodheart realizes her necklace is more than a pretty piece of jewelry.
Mike was joined by Jodi Thompson and TwylaBeth Lambert of Fawkes Press, publisher of the novel which will begin pre-sale July 1, 2019 and set to be released October 1. Hannah Goodheart and the Guardian of Time will be available everywhere books are sold.

Goodreads has added the Young Adult Science Fiction/Fantasy novel to their massive database of books. Users of Goodreads will now be able to add Hannah Goodheart and the Guardian of Time to their reading list with the click of a mouse.

Fawkes Press Deal released by Publishers Marketplace

The trade magazine, Publishers Marketplace announced the acquisition of C. Michael Morrison’s Young Adult Science Fiction/Fantasy Novel, Hannah Goodheart and the Guardian of Time.

The Big Announcement

I’m beyond elated to announce that Ft. Worth, TX based Fawkes Press will be publishing Hannah Goodheart and the Guardian of Time to be released October 1, 2019.

The announcement was made during a FACEBOOK LIVE event in front of the historic Texas School Book Depository Building, which now serves as home to the Dallas County Administrative Offices and the Sixth Floor Museum. The site of the tragic assassination of President John F. Kennedy on November 22, 1963, the location was chosen specifically due to a yet disclosed connection with the story.
Hannah Goodheart and the Guardian of Time is a Young Adult, Science Fiction/Fantasy novel about a girl, Hannah Goodheart, who finds an object of mythological origins on the eve of her thirteenth birthday, propelling her and friends, Lily, Annie, Morgan, Sam and Sean on an adventurous chase to catch a time-traveling thief from another world.
